The smartphone has a unique design, a totally different approach from the past generation of smartphones, whether it is a gaming smartphone or a normal smartphone. The device has a unique pop-up camera on the right side of the smartphone.

Legion Phone Duel 2 Specifications

The smartphone features a 6.92-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720 Hz. The screen has a screen resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. Other display features include HDR10+, DC Dimming, 1300nits brightness, 111.1 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, TUV Low Blue Light certification, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Other than that the display also houses an under-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the Legion Phone Dual 2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, paired with up to 18GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Snapdragon 888 is an octa-core (1×2.84 GHz Kryo 680 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 680 & 4×1.80 GHz Kryo 680) SoC with Adreno 660 GPU for best graphical performance. It has a dual cooling system with an internal VC 4,730 square millimeters liquid-cooled plate, dual fans, and copper independent air ducts. In the camera department, the smartphone houses a dual-camera setup at the rear and a single motorized pop-up at the front for selfies. The dual rear camera setup includes a primary 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64A image sensor with an f/1.9 lens and a secondary 16-megapixel ultrawide sensor with a viewing angle of 123-degrees and an aperture of f/2.2. At the front, the smartphone has a 44-megapixel motorized pop-up camera located on the right side of the smartphone, so that it can be used while gaming in landscape mode as well. The Legion Phone Duel 2 is fueled using the 5500 mAh battery that can be charged using the 90-watt dual port charger. The smartphone is using the dual cell design (2,750mAh + 2,750mAh), according to the company, the smartphone can be charged using the both charging port at the same time with an charging capacity of 45-watt per port, that sums up to a total of 90-watt charging. As, it is a gaming smartphone, there are a few gaming-specific features that will help us to increase our gaming efficiency and performance. The gaming-related features include Dual Haptics X-axis haptic vibration linear motors, quad ultrasonic shoulder buttons, dual pressure touch buttons, and dual capacitance keys. Other than that it has an active cooling system that runs at a speed of 12,500 rpm to exhaust the heat dissipated from the SoC. The smartphone includes all the necessary connectivity options and basic sensors like Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Dual Type C ports, NFC (market/region dependent), IR, fingerprint (side-mounted) sensor, accelerometer, gyro, etc.

Legion Phone Duel 2 Price and Availability

The Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 (or Legion Phone 2 Pro in China) will be available in two RAM/ROM variants globally and five RAM/ROM variants in China. The base 12GB + 256GB global variant will be priced at EUR 799, whereas the top 16GB + 512GB global variant will come with a price tag of EUR 999. The smartphone will be available in two color options, that includes Titanium White and Ultimate Black. The Chinese RAM/RAM variants and their pricing is listed below,
